Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible in all admin related tasks
  • Assist Accounts department in issuing invoice, etc
  • Ensure all filing and documentation are proper
  • Purchase stationery whenever necessary
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings
  • Assist management in purchasing raw materials
  • Read and   screen   incoming   correspondences   such   as   letters,   fax,   e-mails, memos and other documents

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in admin or related tasks
  • Able to multitask and is a fast learner
  • Computer literate
  • Must be willing to work in Seksyen 27, Shah Alam
