The company's products across a variety of applications including personal care components, stand-up pouches, super-strong cement bags, clever retail boxes and office paper.

 


Responsibilities:

  • To assist Sales Managers in managing assigned markets effectively and efficiently
  • To monitor and coordinate sales order promptly and ensure data accuracies in order processing
  • To liaise closely with all departments in the Company with regards to customers’ orders and enquiries
  • To liaise with transporters and forwarders to ensure timely delivery for every order
  • To maintain and update customers’ data sheet (product specifications, requirements etc.)
  • To perform any other tasks as and when required by Management from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 4-5 yrs of working experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Able to work independently and able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
